Winner, the Preston Road Women's Centre relies on the generous support of a variety of funders to continue to deliver our high quality services to women and children in Hull. We are proud to have the confidence of both local and national funders.

Some of the organisations that support us include:

Hull City Council

We hold a contract with Hull City Council who commission us to deliver support to women experiencing and escaping domestic violence and abuse. We have successfully held this contract since 2009

BIG Lottery Fund (BLF)

BLF has funded our Volunteering programme since 2010 and will continue to fund it until January 2020. We work with women to support them to volunteer in the centre and in other organisations so that they can build confidence and skills to become ready for paid work. BLF is also the anchor funder for our new purpose-built women's centre which is under construction and will be completed on 17th August 2018. An award of £997 910 from the Reaching Communities Capital Programme has made the new centre possible, complemented by our own local fundraising and contributions from other funders.

Children in Need

Pudsey
